The 2026 NCLS Attender Survey has been designed for young people aged 16 and 17 to complete, alongside adults.
The survey is an important way for your church to hear the voices of people of all ages.
It is valuable for your church to hear from you about your church experience. It also shows that your church respects your views.
However, you don’t have to do the survey if you don’t want to. Also, you can stop filling out the survey form at any time. The survey is optional for everyone.

If you feel concerned about the survey, feel free to talk with your parent/carer about it.
If your parent/carer does not want you to do the survey, they can fill out the Parents & Carers Information & Consent sheet, decline consent and return the form to your church.
If your parent declines consent in this way, your church won’t offer you a survey form. Otherwise, your church will invite you to take part.
