The Leader Survey is for for people in ministry/pastoral leadership roles e.g. senior minister, pastor, priest and anyone in a significant position of ministry (staff or non staff).
The survey can be completed on a paper survey or online. The online survey is often found to be faster and easier. Please complete it online if possible.
It is optional and confidential.

Leader Survey Collection Envelopes
(multiple copies per church)
Each Leader Survey Collection Envelope is to be used to collect one paper Leader Survey once completed, to protect each leader's confidentiality.
Leaders, once you complete the survey, place it inside the envelope and seal. Return your sealed envelope to your Church Survey Coordinator, or mail your envelope direct to NCLS Research, PO Box 93, Ashfield NSW 1800.
